	Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations The IDFPR is committed to protecting Illinois citizens in their dealing with the industries and professions that IDFPR regulates and licenses. IDFPR licenses over 1 million professionals in approximately 100 industries.
	American Massage Therapy Association The AMTA represents more than 46,000 massage therapists in 27 countries, and it works to establish massage therapy as integral to the maintenance of good health and complementary to other therapeutic processes; to advance the profession through ethics and standards, certification, school accreditation, continuing education, professional publications, legislative efforts, public education, and fostering the development of members.
	National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork The NCBTMB is an independent, private, nonprofit organization that was founded in 1992 to establish a certification program and uphold a national standard of excellence. Today, there are more than 91,000 nationally certified massage therapists and bodyworkers safely and competently serving millions of Americans each year.
	Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals The ABMP is an association serving the massage and bodywork profession.
	Massage Magazine Massage Magazine is an internationally circulated trade publication for massage therapists and allied health professionals. They have been in publication since 1985, have a readership of about 80,000, and publish 10 to 12 times per year. They strive for comprehensive coverage of the art and science of massage therapy and related healing arts, with the goal of supporting their readers as they work to promote the benefits of healing touch.
