Job Description: We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists passionate about growth, client care, and teamwork. New graduates are welcome. We value professionalism, reliability, communication, and a willingness to learn in a supportive, team-focused environment with established clientele and ongoing coaching.

Days/Week: Therapists are required to work at least one evening shift and one weekend day. Outside of that, we are happy to work with availability that supports both clinic needs and work-life balance.

Hours/Week: 25/week minimum

Hourly Rate: $25.00

Commission: Enhancement commissions + membership incentives

Experience: Experience is preferred but not required. We welcome newly licensed graduates who are eager to build confidence, develop their technique, and grow within a fast-paced wellness environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for helping people are highly valued.

Specialty/Skills/Certifications: Strong communication and professionalism preferred. We welcome versatile therapists comfortable customizing sessions to guest needs, including relaxation and firm pressure work. Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
